Wilderness Emergency Care teaches you how to handle all types of injuries that occur away from urban areas as well as in urban emergencies. When 911 services are unavailable to respond, or have major delays due to location, or unforeseen acts of nature, and man.
Not only do you learn how to prevent, treat, and repair injuries, you learn how to shelter up with your patient in case of extended rescue. All the things that you cant learn in regular Basic Life Support First Aid classes.
In today's world this is a must have class. no matter where you live.
$30 Pre- Registration Fee for Basic and WFA, $100 for WFR and WEMT upgrade (counts as part of tuition Non-Refundable)
National Association of Search And Rescue Wilderness Emergency Care Book (All students must purchase book at least two weeks in advance)from either NASAR or Amazon Certifications are 3 years
Basic Wilderness Care 8 hr. Class $120. (Basic Wilderness Care must read book before taking class)
Wilderness First Aid 16 hr Class. $210
Wilderness First Responder 60-80 hr Class. $675 (includes CPR & AED Certification if needed)
Wilderness EMT upgrade 40hr Class. $475 (Must be certified as EMT prior to Class)
24 hour WFR / WEMT recert class $300
All Class prices include NASAR 3 year certification
WFA / WFR / WEMT can pick up book first day of class..
2 hour Wilderness, and BLS/First Aid Workshops available name your subjects
